   One of the first to respond was Shanaaz Eisenberg. Shanaaz and I communicated several times by eMail so she could develop a profile of our needs. Once this was completed my wife and I visited Boone to see properties. To Shanaaz's credit every home that she showed us fit our profile perfectly. She obviously listened and took to heart our needs. Although we looked at about 15 homes we ended up purchasing the first home she showed us. The excellent service from Shanaaz and Elite Mountain Properties continued because we were in Florida during the contract negotiations and ultimate closing. Every step of the way Shanaaz stepped in to see that the closing was accomplished trouble free. Lastly, I was so impressed with the abilities of Shanaaz that I began to use her as an example in my real estate classes.    My wife Ann and I wish to thank Shanaaz Eisenberg and her staff for their agressive marketing and sales approach to selling our home.

   But, Shanaaz Eisenberg helped us do just that. What first drew me to Elite Mountain Properties was the Web site. It was so user friendly and informative.
   
   Once I contacted Shanaaz and told her what we were looking for, she sent us e-mails with links to properties. Our long distance search was easier because our daughter, Dyan, lives in Beech Mountain, and she toured many properties with Shanaaz and reported back to us whether it was a go or no go. When Dyan first saw the Zionville property she knew that it was perfect for us. She looked at other properties, but always had the first property in the back of her mind. The Zionville property had one-level living, plus land for a greenhouse for my husband's California plants.
   
   I flew to NC the first part of May and met with Shanaaz. She was as nice in person as she was over the phone and the internet. We toured the property, and I fell in love with it. Without Shanaaz' professional work ethic we would not have been able to make the offer, do the inspections, and have the property close in less than 3 weeks time. I returned to NC on the 24th of May and the house closed on the 25th.

   Shanaaz showed a house we had for sale with another broker and we were immediately impressed with her upbeat attitude. I fired the other realtor, listed with Shanaaz and had immediate positive results. Since then, we have listed four other houses with Shanaaz and they were all sold. Having dealt with many realtors, we can tell you that if you want timely results, there is no one in the High Country that can provide the experience and service that Shanaaz can.    Then we met Shanaaz Eisenberg at Elite Mountain Properties. When I first contacted Shanaaz, I explained the failed experiences we had in the past. Besides the difficulty in locating a property we liked, previous representatives we worked with did not understand the intricacies of negotiating the deal. This was not a problem for Shanaaz. She quickly went to work locating a number of properties for us to preview. There was very little time wasted. If we were not attracted to a particular home or lot, we quickly moved on. Shanaaz never tried to sway us toward a property we wanted to pass on. Eventually we made offers on a couple of different properties. Shanaaz aggressively went to work negotiating on our behalf. She never lost patience or lacked time to spend with us.
