   Elly Eisenberg - Teacher of Humanities
   
   Elly comes to the East Harlem School following an eleven-year tenure at the Spence School. Prior to joining the EHS faculty, Elly volunteered at the school for three consecutive summers, teaching poetry, Shakespeare, and Humanities. She earned a BA in History from Brown University and an MA from the Bread Loaf School of English at Middlebury College. She was later awarded an NEH grant to attend Queen's College in London, where she studied the writings of Virginia Woolf.
