Sarah J. Butcher and Gretchen Eisenach join the tax section, where they will work on general tax issues and employee benefits, respectively.Butcher earned her law degree at the University of Texas, with honors, where she was a member of The Review of Litigation and the Womenâ€s Law Caucus.
Eisenach earned her law degree at Duke University in 1998.She works with clients on a variety of employee benefits issues, including executive compensation and plan design.She has counseled clients on how mergers and acquisitions affect benefits and compliance issues relating to HIPAA privacy rules, ERISA, tax codes and securities law.She also assists clients with general questions regarding taxation.
