FORT BLISS, Texas -- Steven R. Eisen, 45, of Fort Bliss, Texas, formerly of Ridott, died Sunday, March 9, 2003, at his home in Texas.
Born Feb. 20, 1958, in Rockford, he was the son of Roger and Irene (Kirk) Eisen. He married Donna J. Baysinger Oct. 24, 1981.
He was a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Bliss.
He was a 1976 graduate of Freeport Senior High School and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
