Donald P. Eisen Executive Managing Director, Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, Inc.
Donald Eisen joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1980 as Manager of its Industrial Department, after 17 years as a broker in the New Jersey market. From 1984 through 1993 he was responsible for all operations in New Jersey including Office and Industrial Brokerage, Asset Services and Property Management, Valuation Advisory Services, and Research Services. In 1994 he became Senior Managing Director of the New York Area based in C&W's Headquarters in Manhattan with responsibility for the New Jersey; Stamford, Connecticut; and Long Island offices. Consistently among the most productive offices in the nation, with their continued success Don was elevated to Executive Managing Director in 1997. From 1999 to 2000 he concurrently served as the executive liaison to all industrial brokers both nationally and globally. In January 2002 Don stepped down as Branch Manager and currently is serving in a business development, brokerage and advisory capacity. Don currently specializes in environmentally impacted properties.
In both 1986 and 1992, Don was selected from 45 Branch Managers across the nation as C&W's Branch Manager of the Year. In 1996 he was named one of "The Top 100 Business People in New Jersey" by Business News of New Jersey. In 1998, Don was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by NAIOP. Don was also the recipient of the 2001 Humanitarian Award from the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ). Don is a recognized authority and speaker regarding the Metropolitan New York Area Commercial and Industrial real estate markets. -
