   Ng Shin Ein is with the Listings Function, Singapore Exchange.
   
   Besides marketing, she is involved in the regulatory and industry development aspects of the business. Shin Ein is part of the Exchange's IPO approval committee, where she contributes towards resolving issues and problems arising from listing applications.
   
   Shin Ein obtained her LLB (Hons) from the University of London in 1996. After completing her postgraduate studies at the National University of Singapore, she was called to the Singapore Bar in 1998.
   
   Shin Ein was, prior to joining the Exchange, a corporate lawyer with Messrs Lee & Lee. Whilst there, she advised clients on a broad spectrum of corporate deals, including M&As and fund-raising exercises. Her clients included MNCs, listed companies and public sector institutions.
