Eikel, Research Assistant Ms. Eikel joined the National Health Care Purchasing Institute as a Research Assistant in September 2002 after working as a Research Assistant with the Changes in Healthcare Financing and Organization (HCFO) initiative and the User Liaison Program (ULP) at AcademyHealth. Prior to joining AcademyHealth in December 2001, Ms. Eikel was a Special Project Coordinator for a launching Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) site in San Diego, CA. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.

   Catherine joined the Academy for Health Services Research and Health Policy in December 2001. She serves as a Research Assistant for both the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Changes in Healthcare Financing and Organization program and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) User Liason Program. Her responsibilities include supporting HCFO's grantmaking, convening, and dissemination activities. For the User Liaison Program, she assists in workshop agenda development, conducts background research on workshop topics, and writes workshop summaries for dissemination. Prior to joining the Academy, Catherine was was a Special Project Coordinator for a launching Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) site in San Diego, CA. Catherine graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics in May 2001.
