   Myron A. Eighmy has worked in the field of education and training since 1974. Additionally, Myron has seven years of business management and consulting experience. He has taught classes in business management and workforce development in two-year colleges and at the university graduate school level. As the Dean of Custom Training and Education at Minnesota State College - Southeast Technical, Myron directs staff in Winona and Red Wing who work with companies to provide training solutions and performance consulting. He is currently engaged in several projects to deliver training in precision manufacturing.
