Ron Eigenschink, as Training Program Manager, is involved in the development and implementation of WMEP's Supplier Training Program. Ron has over 20 years of education experience. Before joining WMEP, Ron was the Dean of Industrial Occupations, the Associate Dean of the Transportation Technology Department, and an Instructor at Waukesha County Technical College. As Dean, Ron was responsible for both staff and budget administration of an occupational division with five Associate Deans and 97 staff members.
