   Paul is the Managing Director of QUALITOP and the Owner of Premier Certification Solutions Ltd.
   
   From 1970 - 2003, Paul was a Physical Education lecturer at the undergraduate College in St.Gallen and during this time, he also acted as an Associate Professor at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.
   
   Paul has also acted as the Managing director of GALLUS Health Insurance and the President of TREV-X Health and Fitness Club. He was a lecturer of the International Committee for Olympic Solidarity in more than 10 countries and has written Numerous articles on fitness, strength training, health interventions and quality certification.
   
   Paul currently resides as the Secretary General of EHFA.

   Paul originally taught and lectured as a Physical Educator. For a significant part of his life he devoted substantial time to playing and coaching handball in the Swiss Premier League. After finishing an additional education with a Masters degree majoring in exercise physiology he applied his handball know-how and English language skills as a lecturer for Olympic Solidarity conducting courses in numerous countries.
   
   Paul has been a health club member for almost 40 years, and took over presidency of health club after 10 years as executive director of a health insurance. With the Swiss health insurers starting to subsidize memberships a need for quality control and conformity assessment of health clubs developed. Supported by major Swiss health insurers in 1996, Paul designed and installed a third party quality certification for health clubs. He has been executive director of Qualitop, the company conducting the quality certification since its foundation in 1996.
   
   Paul has been a consultant when similar certification systems were set up with Qualitop software in Germany, Austria and Belgium. As founding member Paul has also been serving as secretary general on the board of the European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA).
