   Dr. Eiff joined the department in 1990 and is currently a professor and director of faculty development.She received her M.D. degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1983 and completed her family medicine residency at Duke University Medical Center in 1986.Following residency, Dr. Eiff completed a one-year faculty development fellowship at Duke.She is the Leadership Director for the OHSU National Center of Excellence in Women?s Health (CoE) and is a past Chair of the Women in Academic Medicine Committee.In 2005 she was appointed as Director of the TALENT Program, which is designed to improve the advancement and retention of women faculty in the School of Medicine.Dr. Eiff has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine and currently serves as a team physician for Portland State University.Her academic interests include sports medicine, fracture care, women?s leadership and curriculum design.She is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice, and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.Her outside interests include tennis, boogie boarding and spending time at the Oregon Coast.

   Dr. Eiff is Director of Faculty Development in the Department of Family Medicine and has extensive academic program design and development experience.She is the Leadership Director for the OHSU National Center of Excellence in Women's Health (CoE) and has served as the Chair of the Women in Academic Medicine Committee for the past five years.Dr. Eiff works closely with Dr. Sharon Anderson, Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Faculty Affairs, in developing leadership programs for all SOM faculty.
