Deborah Ehret

Deborah Ehret, on our SAA Board since 1993, has also served for 16 years on the Long Island Sound and Hudson River committees. Over the course of her tenure, Deborah's career has been as a senior manager of quality assurance at International Pharmaceutical Research; clinical projects manager at Continuum-Clinical Studies, Ltd.; and clinical research associate at Purdue Pharma, LP. She has also conducted research at Cornell University Medical College in both the divisions of cardiology and cardiovascular pathophysiology. Deborah, who attained a BS degree in human development and family studies at Cornell University and an MA in psychology at The New School for Social Research, then returned to Columbia for a post-baccalaureate program in biology. Currently living in Stamford, CT, Deborah and her husband Todd are the proud parents of a daughter and son, nine and seven respectively. She also enjoys volunteering in her children's schools.
