Amanda Egan , B.Com., M.Tax., C.A., J.P.

After many years of prior experience in public practice and five years of employment with FMK, Amanda was admitted as a Partner on 1 July 2003. Amanda is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as a degree in Masters of Taxation Law, which she completed in 2004. Due to her strong technical knowledge and ability, she heads up the technical division of FMK, as well as facilitating the professional development and training of all professional staff at FMK. Amanda services clients, both large and small, in a diverse range of industries, but she has a particular interest in superannuation consultancy and clients in the Building & Construction industry. Her strengths lie in structuring the purchase of wealth generating assets and business assets for taxation efficiency, asset protection and flexibility, provision of taxation advice on complex matters, and the generation of a wide range of pragmatic strategies tailored to her clients needs. Amanda also provides advisory services to the Partners and Senior Mangers of FMK on client matters that are outside her own client base.
