Aileen EganAileen has extensive experience in management and marketing in the aviation and telecommunications industries.She has an MBA from Henley Management College.Qualified as a Trainer at Ashridge Management College.She completed a Masters in Change Agent Skills and Strategies at The University of Surrey in 2000.She is a TMS (Team Management System), SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) practitioner and a qualified Executive Coach.

She works with teams and individuals and for a range of corporate clients, such as GSK, AVAYA, Millers Insurance, GE Healthcare and United Airlines, providing executive coaching and team facilitation to address business development, performance management and leadership issues.
