Mr. Earle has 19 years experience in the hotel and hospitality industry in Australia, England, China, Indonesia and New Zealand.

Mr. Earle began his hotel career with the Hilton Group in Australia, he spent 8 years with Hilton.In 1998, he was appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at Hong Fu Hotel, Xinjiang, China.Mr. Earle was then General Manager at the Century Spahir, Yogyakarta, in 1999.He was then General Manager of the Ramada Resort, Benoa, Bali, before he was appointed General Manager for Hotel Aryaduta, Pekanbaru.

He joined Swiss-Belhotel International, taking the leadership of Hotel Ciputra Jakarta, in March 2005.
