Mr. D. Roger Earle

Mr. D. Roger Earle - CFOMr. Earle holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto.During the period from 1962 through 1985, Mr. Earle owned and operated seven companies specializing in the design and construction of commercial office space.Since 1972, Mr. Earle has been President of Markland Properties, Ltd., a real estate development company engaged in the construction and development of office, recreational and multi-family projects in the U.S. and Canada.He is familiar with the various aspects of financing, property management, and the leasing and sale of commercial property.During the period 1969 - 1974, Mr. Earle was President and later Chairman of International Sports Properties Ltd., a Canadian corporation, which published all of the programs for the Canadian Football League and over 160 American universities.This company was sold to the NFL Properties Inc.From 1999 - Present, Mr. Earle, as a consultant, has acted as Chief Financial Officer of Safexplorer Inc.
