*April 16 SCIENCE AND ENGINEERINGThe Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Foundation provides scholarships to engineering and science students throughout the nation.Awards are based on academic achievement, financial need, commitment to a college education, involvement in the school and community, career goals, and recommendations.Three hundred scholarships, ranging from $500 to $7,000, are given.To qualify, applicants must be high school seniors, undergraduates, or graduate students enrolled full-time as engineering or science majors.For more information, contact: 5400 E.
