MANCHESTER, NH - April 10, 2000 - Vitts Networks, a premier provider of high-speed digital communications and enterprise networking services, announced today that Bruce T. Dyke has been promoted to vice president of support and data services.Dyke, who has been with Vitts since 1999, was formerly director of technical support.The organization Dyke oversees is responsible for Vitts' around-the-clock monitoring and customer service.In his expanded role, Dyke is responsible for ensuring that service connections for Vitts customers are created seamlessly and that professional support is provided 24x7.

Before joining Vitts, Dyke held responsibilities with other organizations including director of information services and manager for second-level software support and a global call center.Dyke has a bachelor of science degree in management from Franklin Pierce College and an associate's of science degree in computer information systems from New Hampshire Technical Institute.
