Obtaining the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate (AFPC) and becoming a member of the Personal Finance Society, Andy was made Director of Russell Tomlinson in 1995 followed by his appointment as Managing Director of Russell Ulyatt following the merger in 2003.

Andy is also a Director of Channack Ross Ltd - an Independent Trustee Company providing Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS) for small businesses and family companies.Outside of work, Andy relishes playing golf, following rugby, socialising and travelling - though not necessarily in that order.

In 2006 Andy further increased his portfolio when he was appointed Director of Shevill Parkes (Financial Services) Ltd.
