Allan Dye , Ph.D. , NCC is Professor Emeritus of Counseling at Rollins College.Dr. Dye has an extensive background in counselor supervision including many years of training doctoral student counselor supervisors at Purdue University where he was a faculty member for 27 years before coming to Rollins.He was co-chair of the committee that developed the Standards for Counselor Supervision adopted by the American Counseling Association in 1989.He served on the committee that developed the Curriculum Guide for Training Counseling Supervisors , a publication of the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision.Dr. Dye has conducted many supervision training workshops at universities , in agencies , and at several ACA conventions.
