A.J. Dye

As an Associate with Innovation Capital, Mr. Dye brings over four years of investment banking experience in the gaming, leisure and hospitality industries. He has participated in a wide variety of assignments including debt and equity offerings, M&A advisory, private placements, fairness opinion and restructuring transactions. In his tenure with Innovation Capital, Mr. Dye has played a key role in transactions aggregating over $1.3 billion.

Prior to joining Innovation Capital, Mr. Dye held positions at UBS Financial Services and Ronin Asset Management. His responsibilities included securities analysis, investment research and client-focused portfolio management.

Mr. Dye holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In addition to his studies at the Leeds School of Business, he also completed courses in international finance and economics at the Denmark International Study Program in Copenhagen, Denmark.
