Larisa has performed leading executive roles in both Russian and International companies, and possesses unique experience and perspectives whilst working within governmental organizations of the Russian federation. Larisa is the Deputy managing Director of Rossgosstrakh; she also heads the committee for the Union of Auto Insurers; the Federal Agency for residential Mortgage Lending; advisor the the general Director of Finance for Tyumenenergo; advisor to the General Director of Finance at Interfax, Advisor to the Chairman of the Russian Property Ministry Mr. Chubais; Vice President of the US-Russia Entrepreneurs Fund which evolved into The US-Russia Investment Fund. From 2004 to 2005 Larisa headed up the Moscow offices of Morgan Hunt.

Larisa is a member of our Board practice and executive search teams. Before joining Board Solutions she was CEO of the Moscow office of a major executive search firm. She has a combination of experience working for the Russian government as well as top-level positions for Major Russian and international private companies.

Being at the center of the emergence of post Soviet Russia in the 90's Larisa was a senior member of the team of Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID) involved in methodology and implementation of privatization and later - development of the laws and regulations for the Russian securities market.

In the middle of 90' Larisa was a Vice-president of the US-Russia Investment Fund (TUSRIF).

In 2000 Larisa has been given a responsibility to speed-up the development of Russian mortgage system becoming CEO of the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending (AHML). She also participated in all-Russia project for the introduction of OSAGO as Deputy CEO of Rosgosstrakh.

She has experience serving boards in banking, and infrastructure companies.

Larisa has a Masters degree (Hons) in Economics from the People's Friendship University. She is PhD in economics. In addition to her native Russian, Larisa is fluent in English and Polish.
