Traci Dusenbury, Development Specialist, assists in the development of all projects in North Carolina.Traci holds a Master of City and Regional Planning Degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and holds a Certification from Duke University in Non-Profit Management.Traci has held numerous positions in local and regional associations; she is currently on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Community Development Association.

Nakira Carter, Development Specialist, assists in the development of all projects in North Carolina.She is responsible for assisting in all stages of development, through closings and lease-up.
