"It's an old wives' tale that half of these guys don't have the money to pay," said Jim Durham, founder of National Child Support, a private agency based in Cincinnati.

Durham said he started his company 15 years ago, after he came across a woman panhandling on a road to feed her children.

He says his team of 150 lawyers has smaller caseloads, so they can use collection tactics that government agencies don't have time for.

"We're calling his neighbors, we're calling his relatives, we're calling his references," Durham said.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Fox tagged Jim Durham, Director of the "National Child Support Center", as the leading lion of the event.Interestingly, this organization does not exist.

The real name of the company Durham runs is "National Child Support" (NCS).The NCS is not a national or official organization -- it is a private for-profit fee-based collections agency located in Cincinnati, Ohio.Their website cannily does not identify Durham on its website, but Zoominfo tagged the truth.
