Bio: A native of Baton Rouge, La., and a 1998 graduate of Catholic High School, Jordan Dupuy already has enjoyed a lengthy tenure with the Golden Eagle basketball program.

He has handled a wide range of tasks for the coaching staff for the past four years when he served as a manager.In his new position, he will add new duties that will include making travel arrangements, overseeing the managers, monitoring academic progress, assisting with film exchange, some aspects of recruiting and working with compiling scouting reports.

Dupuy is a two-year letterman and captain of his senior-year team at Catholic, where he also compiled a 3.7 grade point average.He also served as a volunteer assistant coach for two summers at Catholic High.

At Southern Miss, he graduated in May 2002, with a 3.7 grade point average and a degree in coaching and sport administration.He currently is working toward a master's degree in the same field.

He is the son of Harold and Tyre' Dupuy, and has one brother, Chad.
