Evaldo F. Dupuy has served as a Director of Finantra since July 1998.Since 1989 , Mr. Dupuy has served as a principal of Coast Partners Securities , Inc. , a boutique investment banking firm specializing in asset backed and debt related facilities for its clients.Mr. Dupuy is a member of the Florida Premium Finance Association , Florida Automobile Dealers Association , Florida Mortgage Brokers Association and the Asset Based Lender Association.

Mr. Dupuy joined Coast Partners Securities, Inc. in 1992 and specialized in originating and placing esoteric asset backed securities.From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Dupuy was owner of Asset Income Securities, Inc., a NASD Broker/Dealer specializing in asset backed securities.While a principal at this firm, he developed the first insurance premium note securitization structure ever rated by a major rating agency.

Previously Mr. Dupuy was President and Chairman of the Board of Anova Ventures Corporation, President and founder of Cable Text Instruments Corporation (a manufacturer of cable text generators), and Founder and Senior Vice President of Caprock Cable TV.He is a member of the Florida Mortgage Brokers Association, Asset Based Lender Association, Dominican-American Chamber of Commerce, Miami Chamber of Commerce, and the Bond Club of Miami.
