Bill is a partner in the strategic business development area, and works with entrepreneurs and senior managers to build their organizations' capacity to operate change and growth.He provides in-depth expertise in HR planning, management processes, leadership, technology and organization strategy, and complex change issues.Bill brings more than 20 years of operational experience, including a broad range of executive roles in the consulting arena in the high tech, communications, biotech and pharmaceutical industries.Most recently, he was Managing Director of a business strategy consultancy, providing web-based services in CRM, enterprise portals, knowledge management to major organizations like ExxonMobil and Johnson & Johnson.Previously, he was an Associate Partner at Accenture, selling and supervising organization strategy and change management engagements at major communications firms.Bill was also the Management Development Director for Squibb's Global Pharmaceutical business, with responsibility for leadership development and quality and productivity services across business functions as diverse as R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Regulatory Affairs.He has been a Baldrige examiner and is SPHR-certified.Bill has a Bachelor's degree in Organization Psychology from the University of Vermont and is now working on his Master's Degree in Management of Information Technology at the University of Virginia.
