Anneke is a Vermonter and an Aries.
Recently she has received a Fine Arts degree from Alfred University.
Anneke has experience in herding sheep, shaking hands with Indian chiefs, living/working in a Buddhist commune in Berkeley, riding pallet jacks like scooters, getting lost in canyons, driving across America, eating sheep brains and eyeballs, baking bread, encountering Cappadonna of the Wu-Tang Clan, spinning and naturally dyeing wool, junk-scouting, teaching ceramics to children, and being in 100-year floods.
She yearns to be a farmer.
Presently, Anneke is in North Carolina being a work/study student at the John C. Campbell Folk School.
She is studying banjo, fiddle, knitting, and weaving.
She is making kombucha.
