Edward Dunningham, who has worked for Allsop since November 1992, has been appointed equity partner.Having joined the firm as a qualified surveyor, Edward has a leading role within the Commercial Valuation Department as part of a 22 strong team.

Providing valuations for all mainstream property types including office, retail and industrial, Edward also works on behalf of some of the leading financial institutions offering fund valuations and valuations for loan security.

Edward Dunningham was born in April 1967 and was brought up in the village of Braughing in Hertfordshire. He was educated at Bishop`s Stortford College and studied a degree in Urban Estate Management at Westminster University (formerly PCL).

On his graduation in 1988, Edward joined King Sturge, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in March 1991.

Edward joined Allsop in November 1992 specialising in all aspects of commercial valuations. He was appointed an Associate in 1997, a Salaried Partner in 2001 and was invited to join the partnership in 2006.
