Vice-President, FinanceDell Europe, Middle East & Africa

Nick Dunning serves as vice president, Finance, for Dell EMEA, in conjunction with fellow vice president, Dan Creedon.Nick has specific responsibility for the finance teams supporting Dell's Home & Small & Medium Business division (H&SMB) in the region, as well as Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Customer Financing, Credit Collections and Services Finance.He reports to Paul Bell, president, EMEA, and is a member of the European Management Team.

Nick joined Dell in August 1997 as Director of Finance for Operations, Dell EMEA.In this role he was responsible for all manufacturing finance, product group finance, all pricing (lists & bids), as well as service finance and the segment finance groups.He was promoted to vice president of Finance for Operations in March 1998, and then to vice president of Finance for Dell's EMEA Home & Small Business group in February 1999, prior to being promoted to his current role in May 2001.

Nick joined Dell from LSI Logic Corporation during which time he was located in Germany, California and Hong Kong, and was responsible for the finance organisations in Europe and later, in Hong Kong, the company's worldwide Manufacturing hub.Prior to that, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in London.

Nick holds a masters degree in Chemistry from Oxford University.

In September came the appointment of Nick Dunning, formerly of Dell Europe, ascommercial director.

Joined the Group in September 2007, as Commercial Director responsible for the Lettings Division, Marketing, Corporate Development and IT. Previously Vice President and General Manager of Home and Small business, EMEA, for Dell Computers.
