   Mr. Dunn assisted with the formation of Pentegra and been a member of its management since its inception. He is an attorney and CPA who be practice prior to Pentegra was focused upon providing services to the dental community. He has been actively involved in the valuation and sale of over a hundred dental practices. He regularly lectures at state and local dental society meetings on dental issues, including practice valuations, mergers, acquisitions and malpractice defense. Mr. Dunn is a former member of the Texas Medical Disclosure Panel, the body which determines which medical and dental procedures require informed consent. He is a registered investment advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and he is a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries. Mr. Dunn received his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1987 and his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration-Accounting from Texas A & M University in 1984.
