   Jim Dunn says an inappropriate remark Dunn made to a female legislative staffer at a bar last month was not sexual harassment, and is constitutionally protected free speech.

   Dunn, 65, said he is a member of the Cook Inlet Region Incorporated Tribe out of Anchorage.

   Jim Dunn, candidate for Washington State District 17 House of Representative, has proven to be effective in the legislature for the residents of Vancouver and Clark County.

   Jim currently serves on the Economic Development, Argiculture and Trade Committee, the Higher Education Committee, the Chuildren and Family Services Committee and the Housing Committee, where he is Asst Ranking Member.Jim also serves on a number of state and national committees and groups.
