GREGORY DUNN

DIRECTOR OF ORGANIZING

Greg joined the MHA staff in June 2003.He is responsible for increasing resident participation in community and property management activities.His responsibilities include managing the recruiting, interviewing, and orientation of new residents with the assistance and input from current residents.Additionally, he manages the recertification process required for all households.Greg brings over 22 years experience in public administration, urban planning, community development, and community organizing.This includes 8 years with the Norwalk Housing Authority and 7 years in community and economic development with the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency.As former Director of the Neighborhood Preservation Program, Inc. of Stamford, Greg was responsible for the construction of the 15 condominiums units located opposite Trinity Park on Spruce Street.While Greg was coordinating this development, Parkside Gables was under construction.Greg holds a Master of Urban Planning from New York University and a BA in Political Science and Secondary Education from the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C..
