   Donna Dunn is a consultant with The Cornerstone Group, a firm assisting associations and for-profit organizations enhance their success through people.In addition, Dunn is the executive director of the New England Golf Course Owners Association, a chapter of the National Golf Course Owners Association.
   
   Prior to her current endeavors, Dunn was Executive Director and CEO of BICSI, an association devoted to education, training and certification in the information transport systems industry.Dunn was brought to BICSI to make structural changes in a stagnant organization.At BICSI she was involved with member research, member retention activities, customer service initiatives, database decisions, legal audit and subsequent changes in operations, and international business activities.The association required significant time coaching and counseling employees, human resource activities and employment law.Prior to BICSI, Dunn was the executive director of The American Agricultural Economics Association, an academic society.
   
   AAEA, a small staff organization required Dunn to be engaged in all aspects of the association - meeting planning, contract negotiation, writing and publishing, budgeting, strategic planning and business/operational plans.Dunn also served as Director of Membership and Communications at the U.S. Grains Council, a trade association.Dunn's other business experience includes many years as a participant in a family business, public relations and marketing, and communications specialist.
   
   She served five years on the ASAE & The Center Executive Management Section Council including one year as chair.Dunn also completed a three-year term on the ASAE Board of Directors and now serves ASAE & The Center as a member on the Diversity Committee.Dunn served on the Iowa Society of Association Executives Board of Directors as well as a member of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay.
   
   Dunn holds a Master of Science degree in nonprofit management from the University of Maryland University College.
