Don Dunn, ARH administrator for Medical Affairs, says the new search feature will serve a twofold purpose. Not only is it helpful to patients looking for a physician or practitioner, but the doctors themselves can also use the site to locate an ARH specialist and make patient referrals.
Dunn says the idea for the search tool came about during ARH physician retreats, where numerous conversations among area doctors centered around developing a centralized search location that could be used for patient referrals.
