   Claude P. Robertson Dunn is the Valuation Director of the company. He holds a B. Sc (Estate Management) degree from London University and is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as a member of the Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya, and will supervise the creation of a valuation department to extend the range of professional services HassConsult offers.
   
   He spent four years as a District Valuer in West Africa and came to Kenya in 1957, working with East African Railways and Harbours. In 1960, he opened his own office in Mombasa and in 1965, was invited to help create a new Land Economics Department at the Royal College, later Nairobi University, a challenge he was delighted and happy to accept.
   
   After six years, he decided to return to private practice and took over Milligan and Company, which he ran for 16 years as Managing Director. During this period, he had a large valuation practice, managed seven major commercial buildings and many residential properties and carried out work on behalf of the government.
   
   He is responsible for carrying out valuations in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania for the company. HassConsult is pleased to welcome such a knowledgeable and experienced man to its team of directors.
