   Nicki is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters degree with an Accounting and Auditing concentration. She formerly worked as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand, LLP) in Knoxville, and as Director of Accounting with Interactive Pictures Corp. in Oak Ridge.
   
   As Accounting Manager, Nicki is responsible for the management of client accounting services, reviews, and compilations, as well as management advisory and consulting engagements. She is involved in several community activities and particularly enjoys working with children.
