   Present by teleconference: Bill Dunn, Kevin Freer, John Hollister, Ella Kwisnek, Martha Munson (by proxy), Scott Rosenberg, and Richard Rowan.

   Bill noted that the Board Activity Calendar online had not been updated since 2006. All Committee Chairs should review the calendar and see if items are appropriate or if changes are needed. If changes are needed, Bill should be notified.

   Bill noted that there are 327 memberships in the current database.

   Bill sent out information about the proposed new Committee roles. He noted that there are additional changes to Fundraising and Newsletter, and he confirmed that Ella will assume responsibility for coordinating the teleconferences. He will e-mail a revised memo with the new information.

   Bill will modify the order form on the website to only include the CDs.
   
   VI. Action Items
   
   1. All Committee Chairs will review the Calendar of Board activities and notify Bill of any needed changes.

   Bill Dunn also explained that FOL intends to keep a portion of funds in an endowment fund to try to eliminate the uneven funding levels from year to year.

   Bill Dunn noted that people from the earliest Peace Corps groups to serve in Lesotho made up the largest proportion of members of FOL. He thanked them for their continued involvement.
   
   VI. President - Closing and Proposed Priorities for 2008
   
   Bill Dunn said that as we move forward we intend to complete our work helping to develop the relationship with the new Lesotho NGO that will serve as Friends of Lesotho's partner on the ground in Lesotho. We are in the process of nailing down the details of that relationship.
   
   As FOL moves forward this year we need to look at the rotation of board officers. He encouraged people to get involved.
   
   In closing, Bill thanked the Ambassador for her willingness to be engaged with FOL. He again thanked the speakers and he thanked Martha Munson for all her efforts at organizing the meeting.
   
   Action Item: Bill will officially inform the new Board Members of their election.
