In 1994, Bill joined a start-up venture at Actmedia to build a Merchandising business. Over the course of his tenure at Actmedia as Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Bill became the top sales producer, landing several large clients, including Kayser-Roth, Hewlett Packard, Boehringer Mannheim and various P&G customer teams.
