LeRoy married Beverly Dunn on December 26, 1960, in Perry, Oklahoma. He worked as a truck driver for Fleming Foods, working in the Oklahoma City and Minneapolis Moline Warehouses. LeRoy and Beverly moved to Chickasha in 1962. He began working for Brandt's and also worked for Star Machinery Co. in Chickasha. LeRoy started his own business, Small Engine Service in 1983 and semi-retired in 2000.
LeRoy was past president and secretary-treasurer of the Chickasha Optimist where he had been a club member for thirty-two years. He was president of the Grady County Historical Society. LeRoy enjoyed traveling.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
