Doug is responsible for overseeing all legal affairs of the Corporation on a day-to-day basis. It is his responsibility to advise the management and the Board of Directors on all business and operational-related legal matters.
   
   Prior to his work with Pure Energy Corporation, Doug was involved in financial services and transactional law. He practiced law privately and was the first House Counsel and Director of Planning to the United States Olympic Committee in 1976. While with the Olympic Committee he began the first Olympic Training Center in Squaw Valley, California. Mr. Dunlop was also an attorney on the enforcement staff of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

   DOUGLAS W. DUNLOP: In 1992, Mr. Dunlop initiated the work that has resulted in the Pure Energy Corporation, together with its proprietary work product and formula. He has devoted over ten years to the development of venture projects from conceptual, financial and legal perspectives. He is a co-founder of Pure Energy Corporation together with his brother, Scott Dunlop.

   Prior to establishing The Dunlop Group, Mr. Dunlop spent over ten years in senior management positions with Fuji Photo Optical Company, Ltd. Of Japan. At Fuji Mr. Dunlop was responsible for establishing the North American industrial and medical divisions for the company. Mr. Dunlop is a graduate of Bemidji State University.
