   Greg Dunlap, president of Engine Pro/Engine Parts Group, says the program group has not been able to offer a health insurance program because state differences make it difficult. Engine Pro,s 13 members are managing the problem a couple ways.

   ,We have distributors who range from 12 employees to over 100 employees, and we,re a smaller distributor organization, so the premiums they pay vary in dollar amounts dramatically,, Dunlap explains. However, he says annual premium costs for the group,s larger distributors could be in excess of $500,000.
