   Carol Dunlap - Carol is a newer member of Century 21 , Circa '72, Inc., but she brings with her extensive Real Estate knowledge & experience. She has her Broker's license and has been an active REALTOR since 1976. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS, she is a graduate of the REALTORS Institute and a Certified Buyer's Representative. She is also a member of the Concord Board of REALTORS, and has served the Board in the past as it's President, as well as sitting on the Board of Directors, the Grievance and Professional Standard Committees, membership, finance, and MLS committees, and has been recognized as "Realtor of the Year". As a charter member of Woman's Council of REALTORS, she served as State Secretary and is currently on the Board of Directors as Director of Membership and received the honor of "Member of the Year" from the Central NH Chapter of WCR. Carol is a past Director of the Concord Chamber of Commerce and was a Trustee of Concord Hospital. She is now a Corporator of the Hospital.
