Garth received both his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of North Carolina, where he was a Morehead Scholar and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Garth is a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law, Residential, Business, Commercial and Industrial Transactions.
