   Ian is one of the founding members of Pearls Of Wisdom and assumed the role of President in 1999. His recent exploits include :.
   
   Designed Marketplace Bank's Wave 1 Training curriculum for Customer Associates , Call Center Staff and Back Office Personnel Production Manager for Marketplace Bank's classroom training covering a variety of subjects : policies and procedures , product knowledge , systems training , etc Designed and managed the development of CIBC Trust's Bibliotek intranet reference site , which enables the users to access online procedures and sample correspondence. Designed , managed and developed 2 system-training courses for CIBC Wood Gundy : Financial Investor and ROM-FI. Developed using Click2Learn's Toolbook for LAN delivery. Developed CIBC's Learning Journey CBT.

   Before joining the consortium , Ian was Production Manager at Xentor Associates , 1987-89 and developer at Sheridan College's Interactive Video Department. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics.
