   Kemmel Dunham came to PHNS in 2000 with 14 years experience in the healthcare industry. Kemmel began his healthcare career in college and has help positions in the Emergency Department, Radiology Department, Admissions and Business Office or Patient Financial Services. Prior to joining PHNS, Kemmel held Manager and Director of Patient Financial Services positions in 2 large HealthCare Systems. Kemmel has extensive experience in all aspects of revenue cycle, including accounts receivable management, admissions, charge master, coding, billing, collections, reimbursement, and compliance. During his tenure with PHNS, Kemmel has utilized his experience to provide consulting services for many of the PHNS clients. These consulting services have included, Interim Patient Financial Services Management, Charge Master Reviews specializing in facilities under 100 beds, APC Reimbursement Projects, Billing Compliance and Accuracy, among many others. Kemmel is currently responsible for the Remote Coding Operations for PHNS and continues to provide consulting services to the healthcare industry. Kemmel holds a BS degree in Biology from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. He and his wife reside in Monument, Colorado.
