   Eric Dunham is the Acting Deputy Associate Administrator (DAA) for Real Property Management (MP), Office of Governmentwide Policy for General Services Administration. Eric has just completed a detail as the Acting Assistant Commissioner for Vendor Alliance and Vendor Acquisition, in the Public Buildings Service (PBS). In that position, he has directed both the procurement program and vendor alliance activities for PBS.
   
   Eric is a Mechanical Engineer educated at Clemson University. He has been with the U.S. General Services Administration since 1970 serving in a number of different capacities, including PBS Deputy Assistant Commissioner for Real Property, and Director of Business Measures. He was chosen as the Association of Energy Engineers "Energy Manager of he Year in 1995, the first time that award had been given to a public sector energy manager, and led GSA to be the first public sector organization to be recognized with the association's Corporate Energy Management Award.
