Dunham has more than 25 years of experience in helping build and reposition organizations for the future -- from startups to multi-divisional corporations.Most recently, he served as senior vice president and executive consultant with the Pecos River division of AON Consulting in Minneapolis, where he was responsible for Pecos River's senior leadership practice as well as the firm's overall sales and marketing effort.From 1991 to 1997, he was CEO of GrowthWorks Incorporated, a company he founded to help organizations produce effective operating cultures in rapidly changing work environments.Prior to founding his own company, Dunham was president and chief executive officer of Wilson Learning Corporation, a $50 million training company, where he was hired to restore profitability and re-establish the company's reputation as a premier provider of sales and leadership training.
