   "National Ministries is a unique place in which to work. This organization encourages staff development as employees work to implement the goal to transform leadership and lives," Duncan says. "I have learned that you cannot transform someone else's life without transforming your own."
   
   Duncan understands that God calls us to be transformed by renewing our minds and teaching others what the Spirit of the Lord has taught us. With that understanding, she says, "It is thrilling to observe spiritual growth in others. When we are obedient to God's word we put ministry in action and we can then be a witness to the growth in others and ourselves."
   
   She tries to live these words through her work. "I am very excited about how God is using the gifts and talents the"Holy Spirit has instilled in me," Duncan says. She sees her job as an opportunity to give valuable customer service to National Ministries' staff and vendors. Since working in Financial Services puts her in touch with both types of clients, she has a good chance to share the National Ministries story.
   
   In the past, Duncan worked with Opportunities Industrialization Centers (OIC), first in the Norristown, Pa., and then at the national office in Philadelphia. Duncan grew to love serving others through holding that position. As executive assistant to the president, she worked closely with the Board of Directors, sat on a conference planning committee, and traveled to Africa for summits.
   
   In the future, Duncan says she seeks to fine tune her skills and give optimal service to National Ministries' constituents. When not working, Duncan enjoys filling her time singing, exercising, listening to music, attending plays and shows, and spending time with her family.
