Tina has been in the human resources and recruiting field for over 15 years.She is a member of many professional organizations including the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) as well as being a certified internet recruiter (CIR) through the Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies organization (AIRS).She has enjoyed success as a corporate VP of human resources and recruiting manager as well as a third party recruiter due to her high level of respect for her clients and candidates (and her many years of education producing multiple certifications and opportunities to be an expert presenter at multiple talent networking seminars).
Her personal integrity has allowed her to excel in the role as a recruitment professional.She has an incredible talent to find a talented candidate pool and also offers exceptional research, training and human resources knowledge.
She has extensive experience in healthcare (managed care, nursing, administration, executive level, etc.), administrative level positions, architectural engineering, IT, executive level management, marketing, call center, project management, accounting and billing, sales, telecommunications, and construction (real estate development, ground up, and much more).She has many other areas of expertise that allow her to be successful in her current role as well as previous roles.
